Dyadic Supervision
Co-Creating Growth Through Connection
At the heart of Dyadic Supervision is a professional supervisory relationship. This collaborative model invites two supervisees and a clinical supervisor, into a shared learning space to promote growth, professional development, and a self-reflective practice. Because the dyadic model naturally forms a relational triangle, intentionality and care are essential to maintaining a healthy, balanced supervisory dynamic.
To support this awareness for mutual commitment towards time, fostering and creating safety, respect, and shared accountability in the supervision space.
Investment Fee: $105.00 Per Person
*Supervision is Tax Free under the HST Exemption Law passed as of June 20, 2024*
Supervision Delivery Method is via Zoom Healthcare Pro.
To best support and accommodate the needs of the Supervisee's this may be determined during the consultation call and at any point in time during the Supervisory relationship.
Time and Structure
Respect, Humility, Curiosity, Creativity, Collaboration, & Active Listening
To ensure equity and shared learning, we aim for each supervisee to receive approximately 50% of the session time. The supervisor may gently interrupt or re-direct as needed to support this balance. We will collaborate to adapt this structure as needed on a case-by-case basis.
At times there may be unequal time per supervisee due to safety, common themes, and skill development. This takes priority when it comes to safeguarding client safety and meeting the ethical and standards of practice.
