Anxiety is a natural internal alarm system in the body that communicates that you are unsafe. The feeling of being unsafe can trigger a natural response to a thought, sensation, situation, experience, environment, interaction or person.
Sometimes we can't pinpoint what is exactly happening and anxiety is just there. The responses and symptoms someone may experience varies for each person but overall, its this unsettling feeling that can make you feel really stuck.
When anxiety gets to the point of causing distress, making you feel stuck, and unable to complete daily tasks its time to take action and seek help.
